Product Care
JEWELRY - Must not be soaked in water for a long period of time because it can cause the string to rot early and break. Do not have in direct sunlight for too long as color can fail on some charms.
Apparel - Certain custom apparel must be hand washed only (a card will be provided if necessary). Vinyl custom apparel must not be put into the dryer for a long period of time as the heat will cause the vinyl to crumble.
Vinyl on Drinkware - Do not scrub. Do not microwave foil vinyl (this only applies to certain types of vinyl, you will be notified if necessary).

Processing time per order depends on what your order consists of. Designs such as custom logos can take up to 2 weeks to complete depending on complexity.
