Product Care
JEWELRY - Must not be soaked in water for a long period of time because it can cause the string to rot early and break. Do not have in direct sunlight for too long as color can fail on some charms.
Apparel - Certain custom apparel must be hand washed only (a card will be provided if necessary). Vinyl custom apparel must not be put into the dryer for a long period of time as the heat will cause the vinyl to crumble.
Vinyl on Drinkware - Do not scrub. Do not microwave foil vinyl (this only applies to certain types of vinyl, you will be notified if necessary).

Each design is created from an original concept and developed from a blank canvas. MBechu Creations does not trace, replicate, or otherwise imitate existing brand imagery or copyrighted works.
Clients who submit artwork, images, or other materials for use in a custom order represent and warrant that they own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use such materials. MBechu Creations shall not be held liable for any infringement or legal claim arising from customer-supplied content.
All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable, and all orders must be paid in full before production commences. Due to the custom and creative nature of our work, each item is made specifically for the client, requiring significant design time and craftsmanship.

Processing & Shipping
Shipping costs are determined based on the weight and size of your order. Please allow 2-4 business days to prepare/make (depending on the product) your order. Processing time per order depends on what your order consists of. Designs such as custom logos can take up to 2 weeks to complete depending on complexity.
